How Wellington Crossing Came to Be

The Planning of Wellington Crossing as viewed through local news articles (2003-2008)

The land where Wellington Crossing Condominiums now stands was once part of the Middlesex County Hospital property. When the City of Waltham accepted ideas for development of the land, much went on behind-the-scenes and in public meetings before the property as we know it came to be.

Wellington Crossing homeowners might be interested in reading about the process that was reported from 2003 through 2008  in the Daily Tribune (Waltham, MA). The microfilm exists at the Waltham Public Library.
